Description: A dense, clump-forming meadow rue, this plant grows under cultivation up to 1.5m/5' tall. Plants have lacy, fine-textured, green leaves. Above the leaves, open branched sprays of small, purplish-white flowers in late May through July. Thalictrum thrives in average, well-drained soils in full sun or part-shade. Prefers richer soil and dappled sun. Deer resistant.
